For Discord server owners

The pin at the top of your channel is prime real estate.

Once a day, PinBid lets your members bid for it. The winning message gets pinned for 24 hours, you keep 80% of the bid, and everyone who lost pays nothing at all.

Want tomorrow's spotlight? /bid
/bid 26

An auction day, start to finish.

You set a channel, a minimum bid and a closing time. PinBid does the rest, every day, without a gateway bot sitting in your server.

01 · INSTALL

Add the bot, answer four questions.

Spotlight channel, minimum bid, closing time, and whether you want to approve winners. No config files, no dashboard — it all happens inside Discord.

02 · MEMBERS BID

/bid 25 — the card is held, not charged.

Each bid is a Stripe authorization for the exact amount. The live board in your spotlight channel shows the top five; outbid members get a mention and can bid again.

03 · WINNER PINNED

At close, one message goes up. You get paid.

The highest bid is captured and the winner's message is posted and pinned for 24 hours. Every other hold is released. 80% lands in your Stripe account.

You already know what a pinned post is worth in your community.

Members ask for it in DMs. Brands email about it. Until now the answer was a favour or an awkward price. A daily auction lets the community set the price — and the slot goes to whoever wants it most that day.

No ad network, no rate card, no chasing invoices. One pin, one winner, paid automatically.

80%

of every winning bid is yours. PinBid keeps 20% and covers card fees out of that.

$0

for losing bidders. Holds are released the moment the auction closes.

24h

at the top of the channel, then the next auction opens by itself.

Approve

or reject any winner before it posts. Rejected bidders are never charged.

Questions owners ask.

Short answers. The full terms are one click away in the footer.

Does it cost me anything?

No. There is no subscription and no setup fee. PinBid takes 20% of each winning bid; Stripe's card fees come out of that 20%, never out of your 80%.

What do losing bidders pay?

Nothing. A bid is a card authorization, not a charge. When the auction closes, only the winner is captured; every other hold is released.

Can I approve what gets pinned?

Yes. Turn approval on during setup and each winner is sent to your mod channel with Approve / Reject buttons. Reject, and the next-highest bid is offered instead. Silence never auto-approves.

How do I get paid?

Through Stripe Connect. After setup you get an onboarding link; once it's done, your share is paid out on Stripe's normal schedule. Anything earned before you finish onboarding is held for you and transferred the moment you're connected.

What can't be promoted?

Adult content, gambling, unlicensed financial or crypto products, weapons and counterfeit goods — and anything you reject. Servers marked age-restricted can't use PinBid. See the Terms.

Tomorrow's spotlight could already be sold.

Install takes a minute. The first auction opens as soon as setup ends.
